Salt Exploitation activities are regulated by 27/2018/QĐ-TTg , enacted by VietNam Prime Minister in conjunction with Determination 27/2018/QĐ-TTg regarding the industry system (in effects since 20/8/2018)
0893 – 08930: Salt exploitation
This group includes:
– The exploitation of rock salt, activities involved in salt crushing and filtering
– Produce and extract salt from sea water, salt water in lakes and other natural salt water sources
– Crush, clean and refine salt for manufacturing purposes
With the exception of:
– Processing salt products such as iodine salt that are categories in Group 10709 ( Manufacture of other commodities that are not clearly classified)
– Producing water for domestic uses from sea water or from salty spring water are grouped in 36000 ( exploit, process and supply of water)
